Meet Amanda, the owner and director of Better Connections NT and Better Employment Connections. With a passion for helping others and a dedication to improving the lives of people with disabilities, Amanda founded these businesses to provide better opportunities and quality of life to those in need.
Having personally experienced the difficulties and challenges that people living with disabilities face, Amanda was inspired to create a team of like-minded individuals who share her vision. Together, they are committed to making Australia's workplace more inclusive for all people.
As a leader, Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, along with a strong belief that everyone has something to contribute in the workforce. Her dedication to helping others is evident in everything she does, and her passion for creating positive change is contagious.

Having worked in the community services industry for around seven years, Shannon Kastellorizios is an enthusiastic professional. One of Shannon's motivating factors is her commitment to equity and access for all, working to remove obstacles and advance diversity in workplaces and communities.
Shannon currently manages a team that offers individuals with disabilities specialized job opportunities in her capacity as service operations manager. Shannon enjoys keeping fit through regular exercises, spending quality time with family and friends, and experiencing Australia's diverse terrain when she isn't working hard for her clients.

A Little About Us
At Better Connections NT, our story is one of determination, passion and a deep commitment to serving our community. Founded by a local Territorian, Amanda, Better Connections NT was born out of a desire to provide truly local disability support services to the people of Darwin, Palmerston and beyond.
With more than a decade of experience working in the Community Services sector, Amanda saw firsthand the challenges faced by NDIS participants in finding quality, local support services. That’s why she founded BCNT, with a mission to provide innovative, compassionate and personalized disability support services to the people of the Top End and all of Northern Territory.
We are proud to be a locally owned and operated NDIS Registered Provider, offering a wide range of services provided by dedicated and passionate support workers.
Our services include respite, transport, social and recreation programs, support workers and support coordination for self-managed and agency-managed participants.
But for us, it’s not just about providing services. It’s about making a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families. That’s why we are founded by Territorians, for Territorians. Our team is deeply committed to working alongside NDIS participants and their families, enabling them to access the best services available and helping them to achieve their goals.
We are inspired every day by the courage, resilience and strength of our clients, and we are honored to be a part of their journey. At BCNT, we believe that everyone deserves to live their best life, and we are proud to play a role in making that a reality for the people of Darwin, Palmerston and the wider NT.

We are here to provide our clients with a range of NDIS services designed to support and empower them in achieving their individual goals. Our services are tailored to each client and comply with the highest NDIS quality and safety standards, ensuring the best possible care.
NDIS Support Coordination
Our dedicated support coordinators help link clients to diverse networks, advocacy groups, and appropriate service providers, while also encouraging self-management and capacity-building.
NDIS Support
Provide support with daily tasks, in home care, and community access.
Respite - Short-Term Accommodation
Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for participants.
NDIS Funded Activities
Offers a variety of programs that enhance life skills, promote social interaction, and provide opportunities to meet others with similar interests.
